The Power Training is aimed at all players aged 6 and above. The two-hour intensive training can be booked separately and on a daily basis. Here too, our core principles of small groups and training efficiency apply.

In Power Training, we focus on various key areas, which may be based on player positions or individual game situations. This allows us to challenge and support different age groups in the best possible way.
